Licensing and support

 

Educators have multiple pathways to becoming licensed. One way is through a teacher preparation program at a college or university. Another, lesser-known route, is the site-based licensing plan. If individuals meet certain requirements, they can be hired as educators and earn their licensure at Pinkerton by meeting competency through an individualized plan. You do not have to go through a teacher preparation program through a college or university.
