Registration Fall 2026

In order to be registered for sports at Pinkerton Academy, BOTH of the following tasks need to be completed:

  1. Register online on the Athletic Registration Form - Fall 2026
  2. Turn in a physical from your doctor to the athletic office, and/or fill out and upload a copy of your latest physical to the PA Athletics Physicals Upload 2026-27.

If there are any questions, please email them to the Athletic Department at [email protected]. 

NOTE: Physicals turned into the Health Office will NOT be received by the Athletic Department. 

Freshmen: All physicals must be dated June 1st, 2026, or later. We recommend Convenient MD or Urgent Care for a sports physical if you cannot get in to see your primary care physician.
