FAculty Meetings

 

Pinkerton’s support for new faculty members does not end with the three days of New Faculty Orientation. All new faculty members are part of the New Faculty Committee, led by the New Faculty Advisor. Once to twice a month, they meet to discuss pertinent topics and concerns of first year faculty. Different members of the community come in to share their expertise on a range of topics that include:

  • Classroom Management and Culture
  • Special Education and Accommodations
  • Alternative Programming for Students
  • Health and Safety
  • Pinkerton Specific Initiatives and Goals
  • Human Resources
  • Holiday and End of Year Socials
