Pinkerton CTE gives you the opportunity to make your education more meaningful by combining classroom learning with real-world experiences. Through career-focused courses, internships, job shadowing, and on-the-job training, you can explore your interests, discover your strengths, and gain valuable skills that can help prepare you for your future.

With CTE, learning goes beyond textbooks and tests. You can work with industry tools and technology, solve real-world problems, collaborate with others, and develop the technical and workplace skills employers are looking for. Depending on your program, you may also have opportunities to earn industry-recognized credentials and college credits while completing your high school graduation requirements.

Pinkerton CTE programs combine strong academic instruction with technical and employability skills to help you prepare for college, a career, or both. Whether you already know what career you want to pursue or you’re still exploring your options, CTE can help you take a more purposeful approach to your high school experience.  A handful of CTE programs require students to complete a student application for a seat.

Pinkerton CTE is simple! If you are a student at Pelham, Pinkerton, Salem, Timberlane or Windham High School, you are eligible to attend Pinkerton CTE. All you need to do is complete an application and register for the course at your homeschool. Students are chosen for programs based on enrollment, grades, attendance and their desire to be a part of something larger than themselves.
