About the Program:
The Pinkerton Ski Club participates in the Friday night Gunstock Outreach ski program at Gunstock Ski Resort in Gilford, NH. The program runs on four Fridays in January 2026. Students may bring their own equipment or take advantage of the free rental service offered by Gunstock. Additionally, Gunstock offers ski lessons to participants who wish to take them (please see disclaimer below). A discounted season pass to Gunstock is included in the cost of registration in the Gunstock Outreach program. There is a 3-step sign-up process, outlined below. Sign-up deadline is Friday, November 14, 2025.

Any student who participates in a winter sport is not permitted to participate in the Friday Nights @ Gunstock program. The program conflicts with practices and games, and Pinkerton Athletics takes priority over Ski Club.
All students are REQUIRED to wear a helmet. Any student caught without a helmet will not be allowed to ski/ride that night. Gunstock offers helmet rentals for a small fee if needed.
SIGN UP PROCESS:
STEP 1 - Pinkerton Registration: Please follow this link to sign up for the Friday Nights @ Gunstock program by Friday, November 14, 2025, to secure your spot in the program. After registering with Pinkerton, you will receive a link to purchase your pass through Gunstock.
STEP 2 - Gunstock Registration: Sign up and pay for the skiing/riding portion of the program by following the link in your email.
- Parents must have (or create) an account for themselves and then add their children to the account! All passes MUST be purchased through the parents’ account.
- Choose and pay for your season pass type - Midweek or Prime
- Rentals: If you need to rent skis or a snowboard, please select the proper rental package to your cart. Otherwise, select “No Rentals.” Rentals are free with the purchase of the Outreach Program pass.
- Lessons: If you wish to take lessons, please select the proper lesson package to your cart. Otherwise, select “No Lesson.” Lessons are free with the purchase of the Outreach Program pass.
- Although lessons are offered, students who have never skied or snowboarded before should not sign up for this program. Lessons last only 50 minutes, and then students will be on their own skiing for the remainder of the evening.
- Please only select a lesson package if you plan on attending your lessons. If you sign up for lessons, you are required to attend the lessons. All lessons run from 6:30 pm - 7:20 pm.

*Passes from previous years must be reloaded and reused. Gunstock will charge a $5 fee for any replacement passes. Follow the steps in the “Instructions” packet to add your pass to your account. It is strongly encouraged that all new passes be picked up at Gunstock before January 3rd. Students who wait until the first night of the program will be waiting in long lines to pick up their pass. Gunstock will be hosting two Outreach Pass nights on December 3, 2025, and December 7, 2025, where students can pick up their passes, do rental fittings, and ski. Once the passes are reloaded/picked up, they can be used at any point throughout the ski season.
STEP 3 - Bus Payments: You will receive an email after November 14th with instructions on how to make the bus payments through MySchoolBucks. Students are required to ride the bus to and from the mountain. We allow parents to pick up students at Gunstock on a case-by-case basis. Any student who does not ride the bus to Gunstock will have their pass shut off for the night we are there.
