Pinkerton Academy Teacher Named Career and Technical Education Teacher of the Year

Mr. Nathan Phillips, a Pinkerton Academy electrical teacher, has been named the CTE Teacher of the Year by NHCTA, the statewide professional association that advances and supports career and technical education. He is in his seventh year of teaching at Pinkerton and is an alumni of the electrical program he now teaches.

Phillips is 1 of 14 inspiring New Hampshire-based CTE teacher finalists who has committed his life’s work to serving students and igniting interest in career and technical education. He goes above and beyond to ensure his students are not only prepared for immediate success in the electrical field, but also equipped with lifelong skills and adaptability for diverse career paths.

Phillips will be honored on June 8, 2024 at the 30th annual New Hampshire Excellence in Education Awards (EDies). Congratulations on this well-deserved recongnition, Mr. Phillips!
